Realtors with the SRES designation may register for free
to be an authorized agent with SeniorRealEstateGroup.com. Unlike other websites, we don't charge any fees to join.
We charge a referral fee based upon the transaction's purchase price upon closing.
Purchase Price under $100,000.00 -
15% referral fee
Purchase Price $100,000 - $249,999.99
- 20% referral fee
Purchase Price $250,000.00 and over -
25% referral fee

License number, Federal Tax ID, and other pertinent information will be provided as needed.

By submitting your registration, you agree to the above
stated referral fees. This referral fee is based on your applicable side(s) of the transaction BEFORE company splits,
if any. If you are required to receive your broker/owner's approval on any referrals, you agree to comply with
your broker's guidelines. You agree that your submission is truthful and that you have attained the SRES designation.
By virtue of your submission of the below agent registration, you have agreed to pay the stated referral fee(s).
If you have been involved with referral companies, you
know the referral fees of 25%, 30%, and even 35% are the most common. We charge lower referral fees to our agents and
urge you to also offer our senior clients some type of "senior discount." Examples could include charging a slightly
lower commission on a listing, hiring a cleaning service to help in a move, paying for a month or two or storage (if needed),
etc. You are not obligated to comply, but we urge our agents to be in the spirit of genuinely helping our senior clients.
